It was an ordinary day outside a small neighborhood drugstore. People walked in and out, cars passed by, and no one paid much attention to the elderly woman slowly approaching the entrance. She looked weak and tired, clearly unwell, and leaned heavily on her cane as she made her way inside.
As she reached for the door, a small bundle of cash slipped from her pocket and fell silently to the ground. She didn’t notice. Within seconds, the money lay exposed on the pavement—easy for anyone to take.
