Kindness Rides the Bus
It was a cold, rainy afternoon.
The street was flooded, the sky gray, and the traffic impatient.

An elderly man stood at the crosswalk, holding tightly to his metal walker.
Beside him, his loyal German Shepherd waited calmly.
A black sports car sped past without slowing down.
Water exploded from the puddles and drenched them both.
No apology.
No glance back.
Just arrogance.
Moments later, a city bus stopped.
The driver leaned out with a simple gesture — a towel and a warm smile.
“Get in,” he said.
The old man and his dog stepped inside. Safe. Dry. Respected.
As the bus continued down the same flooded street, it passed the same sports car — now stuck in deep water.
A massive wave crashed over it.
Inside, the driver looked shocked, soaked, helpless.
No one planned it.
No one forced it.
But sometimes, life balances things on its own.
Cruelty splashes.
Kindness carries.
And karma?
It always finds the road.
